Delivery Schedule

Each item is custom-made and created individually.  Therefore, the production time frame may vary with the products you order. 

  • LEADTIME.  Please allow 1-5 business days for UPS Ground Transit plus the production leadtime:
    • Non-personalized items (7-10 business days)
    • Personalized items (10-15 business days)
    • Customized items (15-20 business days)
  • RUSH ORDERS.  Please Contact us before or after placing your order to confirm item availability.
  • CHRISTMAS ORDERS.  December 1st is our cutoff period to receive orders before Christmas.  You can still place your order after Dec. 1st but we cannot guarantee arrival to be on time for the holidays.

How We Handle Extra Shipping Cost

  • OVERSIZE PACKAGE OR EXPRESS SHIPMENT.  If you select any "Express" service other than "Ground", your shipping will be calculated based on weight and package dimensions.  We will notify you if there are changes on shipping cost and request your approval prior to shipment.  We estimate that changes on shipping cost occurs mostly on huge oversize packages only.
  • CORRECT & COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS.  Please double check your shipping information to eliminate Returned Package and Reshipped Cost.  If a package has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete customer supplied shipping address, the customer will be charged with UPS Address Correction Fee.

  • DOMESTIC.  We also ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico via US Postal Office, please select UPS Ground for compatible rates when you checkout. 
  • INTERNATIONAL.  International Orders are handled individually.  Send us your Quote Request.  We ship to all locations worldwide.  Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

  • PLACING ORDERS.  Place your order on-line anytime anywhere in the world.  We also accept:

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION.  You will receive an email order confirmation immediately upon order submission.  This does not signify our final acceptance nor does it constitute an agreement to sell unless otherwise all order information and prices pertaining to your order has been reviewed and verified.  We reserve the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason, most likely unavoidable.
  • ORDER PROCESSING.  Payment shall be completed before orders are processed.  Creditcard purchases are subject to address verification, if your billing information does not match your creditcard file, we may notify or request for more information through telephone or email.  This is done to protect both parties.  We will also notify you of any revisions required, if any, and request for your approval before we finalize your order.  We shall not be held responsible if your order is delayed due to issues related to verification.
  • ORDER CANCELLATION.  You may cancel your order if item(s) is not yet shipped or personalization has not been done.  In most cases, production begins within 24 hours of your order and we will make every attempt to cancel your order.  Refusal of delivery will not prevent original and return shipping charges.  A 25% restocking fees is charged for approved refund.

  • TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT.  Your Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Number will be automatically sent to your email once your item is shipped.  To check the status of your package, please click and enter your tracking number to the following:  


Return & Refund Policy

Each item is hand-painted and may have slight differences compared to the sample pictures.  We may or may not change the design or alter the colors to accommodate the improvement of an item.

All of our items carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  All returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.  (We cannot accept personalized items for return unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is inaccurate, e.g. spelling errors. We are not liable for customer's errors when placing the order)

  • BREAKAGE.  If your items were damaged in shipping, Contact us immediately and save the merchandise with its original packaging within 7 days for UPS inspection.  We will replace the item if it is in-stock or full-credit refund if out-of-stock.  It is advisable to inspect the items upon receipt since we cannot place claims or accept returns after 30 days.
  • DEFECTIVE.  If your items are found defective or damaged, Contact us immediately and we will provide you a confirmation with "Return Address" for replacement or a full-credit refund , the item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
  • SATISFACTION.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. If you wish to return the item you have purchased, Contact us for a "Return Confirmation & Address", and you can opt for a Replacement or Merchandise Cost Refund.  As long as items are returned in the same mint condition as received, you can then return it at your shipping expense for a full refund of the merchandise cost but not the shipping cost, the item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

The party ordering a specific logo, text or design agrees not to hold our company responsible for trademark or copyright infringements, you are responsible for the trademark you provide us.
